The day I met this family out on their property in Murrumabatemen, I nearly forgot to pack enclosed shoes. This might not have typically been a problem, except that I was expecting a big hike as the property is surrounded by gorgeous mountainous ranges and forests and I definitely wanted to make the most of those amazing landscapes. Fortunately, I remembered at the very last minute and threw them into my car, ready to go!
Anna and her family live on a 120 hectare site called Warrambui, it has with beautiful, tranquil views, ecualypt and pine forests and peaceful walking trails. It functions as a retreat and conference centre and often has groups of all varieties staying there throughout the year.
When I arrived at the beautiful, wooden lodge I was greeted by Josh and Noah, both who were incredibly happy and excited to get started. Noah who is 9, was a big help to me, after asking him to be my special helper. He assisted with posing his family, picking out where would be a good place to have photos taken, and working magic on his little brother (3) to make him laugh and smile.
Here are some of the photos from the session, I am so glad that they will be hanging these one the walls in their home.
